Urgent Event Manager
To keep our events running we are in a search of an Event manager. For being our Event manager, experience is not needed, only some freetime!
Tasks
Create new events for Hej! Logistics.
Scheduling events.
Handleing event invites.
Invite VTC's to our events.
Keeping our drivers attending (external) events.
Urgent Convoy Leader
A convoy leader will try to attend all of our events internal and external. A convoy leader will try to get a small attendance of Hej Drivers at an event.
Tasks
Motivates drivers to attend an event.
Announcing upcoming convoy's.
Will set an departure for the Hej! drivers at events.
